Who are the rebels in Africa after the trade of blood diamonds?
I know that Sierra Leone, Angola and the Democratic Republic of Congo are affected, but wherever you go on the web, they always say "rebel … Who are they??? Need to know for a project, really would appreciate if you answered ASAP!
The "trade in blood diamonds" is a crock. Both sides in a war to sell blood diamonds. The only difference is that the diamonds sold through the diamond cartel is "Blood Diamond", while (somewhat) the act of passing through of the sign of a blood diamond becomes a 'clean diamond' because the poster prints a certificate of luxury. The only purpose of the certificate program Kimberley is to cut the independents out of business and maintain a monopoly on daimond's lineup.
