How do I cut copper and aluminum casing?
I have a masterpiece of luxury wall with sheets of copper or aluminum. Basically I cut small pieces so that the final design seems to stem and leaves of a tree. The play will be about 2 feet high x 1 meter wide. Then I have a copy of the light so that light shines through the cut pieces. I have absolutely no idea what tools to accomplish this. Is there a metal thin enough that you can use either a knife or is there a better way. To buy a piece like this would cost thousands of dollars and would like to have a go myself. Or, I do it out of wood and then sprayed with something that looks like a metal finish? Any ideas? Glen …… it's a good thing I do not have a hero complex. I am always for a challenge though, lol
