Most people know that to have a healthy body and weight loss results they want, is absolutely essential to solve on a regular basis. However, the way you choose to work out will have a direct effect on its results. Most people I see in the gym are doing low intensity cardio long duration in order to burn the extra fat, but when it comes to burning fat, the intensity is so important. Now imagine that you can burn more fat when doing less exercise. When performing high intensity interval workout your body is capable of burning more calories in a much shorter period of time, because you are exercising at an intensity much higher.
High intensity interval training is a type of physical activity that consists of alternating periods of exercise high intensity and low. It is based on the idea that his body finally begins to get used to the cardio exercise if it is always done at the same speed. To get a more training plan until the intensity and really push yourself.
